4 Apples, chopped
˝ cup Celery, chopped
˝ cup Red Grapes, halved
˝ cup Walnuts, chopped
˝ cup Mayo
1 T Sugar
˝ t Lemon Juice
˝ cup Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples, celery, grapes and walnuts; chill. Combine mayo, sugar and lemon juice. Whip cream till soft peaks form; fold into mayo mixture. Spoon the dressing over chilled apples mixture. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, if desired.
