2 pkgs. corn muffin mix
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
8 hot dogs
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, combine corn muffin mix with flour; then stir in eggs, milk and melted butter. (The batter will be just like thick, sticky biscuit dough.)

Place a hot dog in the bowl of batter and mix it around to coat it. Remove coated dog to a nonstick cookie sheet and use your fingers to spread batter on any uncoated spots. Repeat for remaining hot dogs.

Bake for 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Don't coat hot dog thicker than 1/2 inch thick or the coating will slide off in the oven.
