1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can kernel corn
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can whole olives, drained
2 c. small shell pasta (4 c. cooked pasta)
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet, cook hamburger, onion and taco seasoning together. Drain off fat. Add corn, soup, tomatoes, and olives. Cook noodles according to pkg. directions and drain. Add 1 cup of cheese (or more) to meat mixture and mix well. Add noodles and mix again.Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into large casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This is a good hearty meal and especially good as leftovers the next day. I like to add a little more cheese when I have it available. It makes a large casserole. A family favorite passed on!
