1 c. shelled, unroasted peanuts (raw)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 15x10" cookie sheet. In a 2 qt. casserole dish, combine peanuts, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Microwave high 4 minutes, stir. Microwave at high again for 4 minutes, stir in butter & vanilla. Microwave high 1-2 minutes (you want syrup hot). Peanuts should be light brown. Stir in soda, still light colored & foamy, POUR onto baking sheet. Don't spread, POUR. Let set till cool enough to handle, stretch if desired, cool.
Break into pieces.
