2-21 oz cans any flavor fruit pie filling

Directions:
Mix baking mix and sugar in a bowl and cut in butter with a pastry blender. Add cream and vanilla. Shape dough into a ball, cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. The last 15 minutes of time the dough is chilling, preheat oven to 375. Pour pie filling into a buttered 8x8 pyrex dish and heat in oven for at least 10 minutes. Remove dough and roll out on a floured board, and place on top of hot fruit. Bake 25 minutes or golden. Brush top immediately with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with sugar.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Apple pie filling and mix a dash of cinnamon into apples before baking-it was awesome plain, but try vanilla ice cream also.
