1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. parsley flakes
14 saltine crackers
2 (3/4 oz.) slices Swiss cheese
4 slices wheat or rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg. Add milk and parsley. Beat until mixed well. Crush crackers and add to mixture; stir well. Add tuna; mix well. Shape 1/3 cup of tuna mix into 3 1/2" wide patty. Broil 4 minutes. Turn over, cook 3 minutes. Place cheese slice on each patty after cooking.
