1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 egg well beaten
1 Tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups rice krispies
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
combine butter, sugar, milk and egg cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla, dates and rice krispies, mix well. Let cool and roll into balls and roll in coconut flakes. Store in cool place.
