1/3 c olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbl red wine or cooking wine
1/3 c soy sauce
1 Tbl honey
1/2 tsp black pepper
2-3 lb Flank steak or skillet streak
Rub with Kosher Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rub steak with Kosher salt set to the side while you mix the rest of the ingredients. Poor into large zip lock and add steak. Marinade for 1-2 days. Grill about 8 min on each side. Slice up and down very thin.

Great for steak sandwiches or just as a main dish for dinner. This is good with twice baked potatoes and broccoli with cheese.
