2 cans Crescent rolls
1 lb breakfast sausage
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion , chopped
2 c shredded cheese-any kind that you like. I use cheddar or Mont. Jack or Moz

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage with onion and peppers, drain grease. Put one roll of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9 x13 dish. Layer the sausage mixture then the cheese. Top with the other roll of crescents. Bake at 350º for 20-30 min. Until brown. You can put egg whites on the top if you want to. I usually don't but it looks pretty

You can fry the sausage, peppers, onions ahead and put in the refrigerator if you will be in a hurry in the morning. I usually serve this with a mixture of fruit.
