2 lb ground beef
1 cup water
2 packs taco seasoning mix
1 can chopped green chilies
2 cans re-fried beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 can slice ripe olives, drained
1 bag tortilla chips
sour cream, if desired

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with Pam. Cook ground beef and drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Heat to boiling; cook 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens. Add chilies. Spread re-fried beans in baking dish. Top with beef mixture. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 35 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese, tomato, onions, and olives. Arrange 18-20 tortilla chips around the outside edge of the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream if desired. Serve with remaining tortilla chips.
