2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1 c olive oil
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
In large jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients, shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use or up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature and shake before using. Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
