1 c light sour cream
1/2 c light mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp prepared white horseradish
1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with roast beef. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
