2 c. Vanilla Wafers
1/2 c. Sugar
7 Tbsp. melted Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Filling:
10 oz. pkg. frozen Strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 1/2 tsp. Cornstarch
Red food coloring
24 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 14-oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Eggs
1/4 c. Lemon juice from concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, crush cookies till very fine. Place rest of crust ingredients into processor bowl; mix till well blended. Pat crumb mixture in 9" springform pan. Set aside.
- - In blender container, combine strawberries and cornstarch. Blend till smooth. In heavy saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir till thickened. Add desired food coloring. Reserve 1/3 c. sauce, cool. Chill remaining sauce.
- - In mixer bowl, beat cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk till smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well.
- - Spoon 1/2 of batter into prepared pan. Spoon 1/2 strawberry sauce in small amounts over batter. Repeat, ending with sauce. With a knife, cut through batter to marble.
- - Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or till center is set. Cool. Chill. Remove from pan. Serve with chilled strawberry sauce.
