Ingredients:  
2 c. cooked noodles (preferably shells)
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole olives
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and onions. Add to noodles along with the soup, corn and olives. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.

There isn't anything Mexican about this dish, but it was our mom's idea of Mexican cooking in the late 1950's. It was our family's favorite casserole for many years and mom made it for special occasions!
