1-2 lbs of Ground Beef
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Can of Rotel
1 Block of Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Mexican Dip (best in the deep dish baker from Pampered Chef, but can use a 9x13 pan)
1-2 pounds of browned ground beef, put in skillet on low and add package of taco seasoning (no water added)---let the meat absorb the seasoning and then place in bottom of pan
top w/ 1 cup of sour cream
Melt and blend 1 can of Rotel (drained) 3/4 large block of Velveeta---once blended, pour over meat & sour cream
Bake at 350 until bubbly (I usually top with foil until about the last 5 minutes
