Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. (8 oz.) powdered sugar
12 oz. cool whip thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream powder sugar and cream cheese together. Once those are thoroughly blended, fold in cool whip. Beat until it starts looking stiff.

Use 2/3 c. of powdered sugar if you just want to frost the cake. I use 1 c. so that I can also pipe borders.

This will only work if the cool whip has been thawed before hand in the refrigerator. Trying to thaw it by sitting on the counter or in the microwave ruins it.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the recipe that I created and used for Brenda's wedding cake. It is very unpredictable and if the weather is warm, may cause cake to tilt. (It has happened!)

It does taste so good though.
