Nutmeg sauce:
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 T flour
dash salt
2 cups boiling water
1 T butter


1 T. Vinegar

Directions as follows:
Mix dry ingredients together in pan. Add water & mix well. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and then add 1 T. vinegar (scant).
