Choose whichever fruit you prefer from the following list
Crushed pineapple
2 to 3 bananas
Fresh or frozen strawberries
Canned apricots
2 cans mandarin oranges
Fresh or canned peaches
Fresh or frozen blueberries
Fresh or frozen raspberries
2 c. water
12 oz. can frozen concentrated orange juice
(if desired - add sugar or lemon juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit of choice and mix together in large bowl. Heat 2 c. water (and some sugar, if desired). Add frozen, unconcentrated orange juice until it melts. Pour orange juice mixture over fruit. Freeze in small paper or plastic cups. (Fruits can be low sugar or no sugar!)
