1 c. creamed corn
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. olives, pitted
1 can mushrooms (drained)
6 oz. bag of shell noodles
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
taco seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, while they are boiling fry hamburger, onion and taco seasoning together; drain fat. Add creamed corn, tomato soup, olives and mushrooms; mix well. Drain the water from cooked noodles. Add to other mixture and put into a large casserole dish. Add 1 c. grated cheese to mixture and top with 1/2 c. grated cheese.

Bake at 350º 15-20 minutes.

The only reason that I can think of it being called "Easy Tamale Pie" is that it has creamed corn, opposed to corn meal? Go figure. But it is good!
