2 Tbl butter ( melt in bottom of iron skillet)
1 c flour
1 c cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 Tbl sugar
1 1/2 c milk
2 eggs
4 tbl butter melted

Directions:

Mix in a large bowl milk, eggs, and butter. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour into Iron skillet with butter already melted. Cook at 400º for 25 min
