Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c. small shell noodles (6oz.)
1 or 2 cans tuna (drained)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped canned pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles using package directions; drain.
Combine noodles, tuna (drained), mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, pimiento, salt, soup, milk and cheese.
Turn into 2 qt. casserole dish. If desired top with slivered almonds.
I leave the almonds off and top with grated cheese. I have left out the pimiento and green pepper at times also, just because I don't have them on hand. I have used cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken also because that is what I have had on hand. This casserole is a non-fail dish and is always good!

Bake uncovered at 425º for 20minutes.
Serves 4-6 (With Dave it serves 1 1/2, lol)

Personal Notes:
I have been making this recipe since 1971. We love it! Then David comes along and decided that he didn't like Tuna fish. So when David was little, I called it "Chicken of the Sea Casserole". Fooled David. Became one of his favorites. :)
