2-1/2 lb. asparagus
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lay trimmed asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper - toss lightly. Roast for 15-20 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to oven for 1 minute.
