2 cups flour
1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup margarine

Filling:
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 well-beaten eggs
4 tsp grated lemon rind
4 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and powdered sugar together. Cut in the margarine until well blended. Spread in 9x13 pan and press firmly. Bake at 300º for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
Filling: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, beaten egg, lemon juice and rind together. Pour filling over top of baked crust.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Cover with powdered sugar while still warm.
