7 ounce package macaroni
2-3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 3/4-2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 7 ounce pkg of of macaroni in 2 quarts of boiling water, that has been salted with 1 1/2 Tbsp salt. Add a little butter to keep it from boiling over while boiling on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes.
Drain well.
Make sauce of 2-3 Tbsp butter with 2 Tbsp flour and 1 3/4-2 cups of milk. Melt 1 cup of the grated cheese in sauce.
Add the macaroni and mix well. Pour half of mixture into buttered casserole and add 1/2 cup of remaining cheese. Add the other half of macaroni mixture and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes.
