1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups grated raw carrots
8 3/4 ounces of crushed, drained pineapple
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Combine with egg mixture, then add carrots, pineapple,raisin and nuts. Blend.
Turn into 2 greased and floured 9 inch layer pans or a 13x9x2 baking pan.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes if in 9 inch layer pans or for 35-40 mins in the 9x13x2 pan.
Cool in pan and on wire rack.
