4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 c. cocoa
2 c. peanut butter
6 c. quick oats
2 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil over med to med-high heat for 2 1/2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Stir well. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper or spread out in a jelly roll pan (or 2 regular sized cookie sheets) covered with waxed paper. Cool. Makes about 2 dozen.

This is Scott's favorite cookie. Be prepared: they disappear fast! Can substitute half a bag of chocolate chips for the cocoa. Ariel has made them with white chocolate chips, chocolate mint chips, and whatever chips we have on hand. They've all turned out very delicious.
