2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cream, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment, allowing paper to come up the sides of pan. Bring sugar, syrup, and 1 cup cream slowly to a boil; stirring constantly. After boiling, stir in remaining cream. Stir frequently. With a candy thermometer, heat to 254º. Pour caramel mixture into parchment lined pan and let cool. Cut into squares and wrap in waxed paper. Store in an air tight container.
