1 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
6 eggs
6 c. oatmeal, uncooked
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk, divided
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a mixing bowl, mix oil, the 3/4 c. brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and eggs. Stir in the oatmeal and 2 c. milk. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes. In saucepan, heat the remaining 2 c. milk, cinnamon and the 3 T. brown sugar until very warm, stirring constantly. Pour hot cinnamon milk over each serving. This recipe can be mixed the night before, refrigerate and then bake in the morning.
