1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. hot pepper jam

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, pecans, green onion and cream cheese. Pack into a small mold lined with plastic wrap or form a flattened ball. Chill at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, place on a serving plate and spoon jam over the top. Serve with crackers.
