1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 c. Romano cheese, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside. In a blender or food processor; place artichoke hearts, Romano and Parmesan cheeses and garlic. Pulse until chopped, but not ground. Set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, heavy cream, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese. Stir in artichoke mixture. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
