Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (32 oz.) cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3 (6 oz.) cans of minced or chopped clams
1 T. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the clams and save the juice. Blend softened cream cheese in a blender or food processor with a little bit of drained clam juice and the worcestershire sauce until smooth. Add cottage cheese and blend again until smooth. Blend one can of clams in the blender with cream cheese mixture. Add remaining clams by hand. Add small amounts of clam juice at a time, being careful not to make mixture too runny. Enjoy with your favorite chips or crackers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We have carried on this recipe from mom and dad but have added the worcestershire sauce. Greg still makes it and prefers it without the worcestershire sauce. Our goal each time is to make it as creamy as possible. We don't go without this dip at too many of our get togethers. It's addicting!
