1 loaf Vienna bread
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 # grated Swiss cheese
1 t. seasoned salt (Lawrys)
2 T. poppy seeds
1 T. dry mustard
1 c. butter
1 1/2 t. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the Vienna bread once down the middle of the loaf and across the loaf every one inch. Do not slice all the way through the loaf. Place the bread on heavy foil. Stuff bread slices with the cheese and mushrooms. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and seasoned salt. Melt the butter; add juice and mustard. Pour over loaf, filling the slices. Wrap in heavy foil. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
