"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
One day when I was talking to cousin Karen Hunley, she mentioned this recipe. I had never had it but Karen had and had asked mom (Ginger) for the recipe. Karen mailed me the original recipe that mom had mailed to her. I made the soup, knowing that coming from mom it would be good. It is!
