1 tbls. butter
1 cup date chopped
1 cup walnut
vanilla

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add dates, walnuts and vanilla, to this add beaten eggs, Roll teaspoon at a time in shredded coconut and bake in a fairly hot oven.
