2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, cornstarch and butter. Put sugar and cream in sauce pan, stir and heat slowly over medium heat until sugar is disolved. Add corn syrup and boil until it forms a soft ball in cold water or 238º on candy thermometer. Add butter mixture gradually and cook again until it forms soft ball in cold water. Add vanilla and pour in greased pan. *Line pan with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray or butter to make releasing caramel easier. When cool mark in squares and cut as soon as candy is firm.
