9 Kiwis
6 c. granulated sugar
6 oz. liquid pectin
green food color

Directions:
Peel and crush kiwis. combine fruit and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat stirring constantly. Stir in pectin and bring to rolling boil again for 1 minute. Add food coloring. Pour into jelly jars and invert jars for 5 minutes.
