1/2 c. sugar, 3 T. plain flour, 3 T. pineapple juice,
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 c. cheddar cheese grated, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. animal cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour and juice. Add drained pineapple chunks and grated cheddar cheese to this. Spoon into a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Mix the butter and animal cracker crumbs. Top the pineapple mixture with this. Bake at 350º for 25 min. Enjoy!
