2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until light. Mix soda into sour cream, add to eggs with sugar and the sour milk. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add to the wet mixture. Roll out dough and fry in hot fat.
