2 c. sifted flour
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
¼ t salt
1 ½ c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. carrots , finely grated
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 5 ingredients together. Combine oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well. turn into 3 8-inch prepared baking pans. bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks. Cool completely and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
