1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
10 to 15 corn tortillas
2-3 cups shredded cheese (mild, sharp, or cheddar)
1 can sliced black olives.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb. hamburger, season and drain off excess fat.
Add to hamburger:1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup: 1 can cream of chicken soup.
Add one can of enchilada sauce (mild or hot). Mix thoroughly.
Chop 10 to 15 corn tortillas and add to mixture.
Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with shredded cheese and sliced black olives.
Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes.
