2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
7 tbls. hot milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until very light. Add sugar gradually. Add dry ingredients into sugar & egg mixture. Add extract and hot milk. Beat well. put in small tube pan or square pan. Do not grease pan.
Bake 350º about 30 min. or until top is golden.

This cake is good for Strawberry Short Cake.
