1 large onion or 2 medium sliced
3 lbs. cup up chicken (thighs, breasts, boned or bone in, wings) can be used.
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup catsup
1 cup water
2 tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbls. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate onion into rings. Dip chicken pieces in mixture of flour, salt & pepper. Brown lightly in oil. Remove chicken to baking dish. Add onion to pan & saute until golden. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over chicken. Bake covered one hour at 350º
