1 ½ cup sugar
4 ½ tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa
3 egg yolks
1 ½ cup milk
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender except butter and vanilla. Heat skillet with the butter melting, pour mixture in skillet to cook, Stirring constantly until thickened, add vanilla, pour filling into cooked pie shell.

Topping:
Beat the 3 egg whites until fluffy, add ¼ tsp. cream of Tartar, and six tablespoons of sugar, one at a time until stiff peaks form, top pie spreading topping to rim of crust to seal. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes on middle rack of oven.

Underbaking of topping will cause weeping
