5 pounds boneless pork roast or pork loin
1 cup water
1 onion, quartered
1 can regular coca cola (Stephen uses Dr. Pepper)
2 bottles BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork, water and onion in large crock pot and cook on high for 8 or more hours. Drain water out and get rid of any fat. Shred with two forks. Add can of coke and sauce. Turn crock pot to low and continue cooking until you are ready to serve on homemade buns.
