Boil - chicken
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup water
3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf

Mix with shredded chicken
2 green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs. veg. oil
4 cloves garlic

Sauce
2 Tbs chili powder
3 Tbs flour
1 Tbs cumin
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/3 can tomato sauce

3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken, then shred.
2. Heat oil with garlic. Add chili powder, flour cumin, cinnamon and stir in 1 cup chicken broth. Add tomatoe sauce and cook until thick.
3. Fill tortillas and bake for 20 minutes at 425.
