1/2 c. AP flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick margarine or butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour and the sugar. Add the peanut butter and buttter. Blend with pastry blender until crumbly.
Add 2 T. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. rum flavoring.
Chill dough for 2-3 hrs. Roll out on floured board, and cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Bake at 325º for 10-15 mns. Leave cookies on tray until cooled.
