1/2 lb of sausage
2-3 lbs Lg mushrooms caps
1 onion minced
2 lg cloves garlic minced
day old bread grated 8-10 slices depending on size of mushroom caps
grated cheese
parsley chopped
salt & pepper to taste
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove the stems. Remove skin from sausage. Break sausage into very small pieces and saute. Drain fat and remove from pan and set aside. Then mince the stems, onion and garlic and saute in olive oil until soft. Add chopped parsley, salt & pepper, bread crumbs, grated cheese and sausage. Mix well divide evenly into mushrooms caps. Lightly drizzle oil on top of caps. Bake at 350º about 30 until mushrooms are done.
