1 - loaf French bread (sliced thick)
7 oz. ricotta cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 - 10 oz. jar all-fruit
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ricotta and cream cheese with a fork and spread on slice of bread. Top one slice with all fruit (about 1 tsp. full) and then put the two slices together. Mix milk, eggs, vanilla, and nutmeg in a bowl. Soak slices in egg mixture and fry at 350º.
