3 lbs. lean pork
2 1/2 pound potatoes (or 10 serving size of instant potatoes)
2 medium chopped onions
1 tsps. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
4 or 6 pie crusts

Directions:
Cook onions till clear in large pan. Add ground pork. Cook slowly one hour. Peel, cook & mash potatoes, add to meat mixture, Add spices. Mix well. Put between pie crusts while mixture is still hot. Brush top crust with melted margerine or butter.
Bake 15 MIn at 400º then reduce to 350º and continue baking until top crust is brown or golden. Serve hot.

Can be frozen after baking and cooled. Reheat pies either in microwave oven or regular oven at 350 degrees before serving.
