Chocolate Syrup Topping Ingredients:
1 Cup Granulated sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 squares Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate
6 Tablespoons salted butter

Crust Ingredients:
28 Oreo Cookies
¼ Cup plus 1 Tablespoon butter, melted

Ice Cream Filling Ingredients:
½ Gallon coffee ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make chocolate syrup first and set aside to cool. Bring sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, chocolate and butter to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes and set aside to cool.

Crush Oreos (cookies and filling), mix with melted butter and spread into a lightly greased 9X13 pan. Freeze.

Soften ice cream and spread over frozen crust. Refreeze.

Pour chocolate syrup over frozen ice cream and refreeze.

Keep frozen until ready to serve.
